Make you pay for rent but they won't fix your ac, holes in walls, broken refrigerator, messed up floors, broken windows, leaky roofs, etc. Stay clear if you want a live-able apartment. They legit don't care about you or your complaints.
Needs better people working there because there all lazy and don't want to fix anything.
They do not think there is anything wrong with going into a tenants apartment and disposing of their personal property and not reimbursing you for it simply because you do not have a receipt for the item that was purchased years ago.
no longer good with new management we r having hot water with black stuff i make a conplain 10 days ago no body came to fix it but they says..... they r strict on ruless😀😀
woodlea oaks is a very nice and quiet place to live also convenient to shopping areas..... allen and Christine are very sweet and caring best leasing agent I've ever met me and my children are great to be here I'm happy I chose woodlea oaks to live!
