Peaceful, just peace and quiet
When the new big corporation bought this place couple years ago from flint who lives on Benton road 2 miles from the place the old owner.the place has honestly went to shit over half trailers with out Ac/heat using window units bc they won’t replace the central units half the trailers with roof leaks/ mold from the roof leaks. When flint owned the place it was 650 Month for rent I couldn’t even tell you how much it is now and it’s not worth 1 bit of it. Just drive through the place it looks like a tornado hit it.
