Yesterday we laid our Poppa to rest and from the very first meeting last week until the very last moment yesterday everyone there was amazing. The staff made our grief bearable, there were somber moments and moments of laughter. We left there feeling as if we had added new members to our family and not just conducted business with them, thank you Stephanie and Donna for being so wonderful ♡

They were very friendly every time we've come! Empathetic and sympathetic also.
Both of my parents are buried there. The staff is very compassionate and I have become friends with them. My father attended the bereavement meetings for my mother and they welcomed him as part of their family. Kim had such a big heart and so does the rest of the "family" of Woodlawn.

Over the years they have gone down hill there lawn crew runs into the bases nd bends them to the point u can't straighten them out nd they continuously take the flags from the headstones of the veterans

As for the American flags placed on the graves of our Veterans, they tend to blow away or end up on the ground at which time our grounds crew removes them because they do not know from which grave the flag came.
