This is the third review that I have provided over the past 4 months, and the story here now is, your appointment on the 10th has to be moved to the 17th because your doctor is on vacation again. I have been going to Dr. Peres for almost 20 years now, and I have been getting him to fill out the renewal form for Medical Cannabis for past 8 years. This time when I was suppose to see him for an update of tests that has to be discussed and to fill out my renewal form he was on vacation. While I understand that he is allowed to go on a vacation I was not informed of this prior to the date of appointment.
