I think the guy in the front desk is kept there to keep people away. He was so condescending and I struggled to even tell him why I was there and he said you have to make an appointment for STDs. Why on earth do you think I have STD when I was there to do a UTI follow up test and get treatment. The place was so empty and he was not ready to get up from the game he was playing on his phone and help anyone. The guy at the front desk is lazy and condescending he didn’t help me and was on his phone as if I was bothering him as if I he wasn’t at work. Either he needs to be retrained or fired point blank it’s no way you work the front desk and have poor customer service skills
