Worst service experience I've had in the Philly area. Dropped off my car for an alignment at 8:30AM. By 4:30 PM (30 minutes before close) I still hadn't heard ANYTHING from the shop so I called them and they informed me that they had taken it upon themselves to remove and torch various steering components WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION WHATSOEVER. I had specifically told them that I needed the car the next day for an appointment too but they said if I came to pick it up they would put the car back together and charge me for the labo... read more
Been going there for awhile probably ten years. They keep my 350 slk up to par . John znd jack always find time for me although they stay busy full time. I appreciate that.
