I visited this office for the first time today and the experience was enjoyable. I really would like to comment on the young man "D" that is at the front desk. He was such a pleasure to speak with over the phone and even more in person. He was so nice, kind, polite and respectful. If I knew his mother, I would tell her "Good job".
