Customer service is so bad. The agents are rude and disrespectful. The lady checking me in was literally eating something and didn't say a word when I got the desk, gave me an awful look instead of asking what I am here for. I explained what I was there for, she asked me to send the paperwork to an email, which takes less than 30 seconds. She asked me to step aside, I waited another 15 minutes to get to my turn. They have such a big facility but only 1 restroom. Agents are so slow 🐌 to process simple paperwork.

Two of the staff made inappropriate and insensitive comments to me during my visit. Healthcare professionals should know better.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I respect the mask mandate in medical facilities. I don't respect the office filled with signs everywhere that Masks are Mandatory while the front staff aren't just not wearing masks but are visibly sick, open-mouth coughing without any effort to even cough into their elbow. I don't know what's going on at this place but if you have a choice, go elsewhere. They failed to even process my requisition properly and missed half of the requested bloodwook.
