Extremely disappointing customer service. I waited over an hour to reach a representative, only to find that they could not clearly answer basic questions about portal access, or whether I would receive a notification when results were available. I was simply told to call back in a week. When I mentioned the excessive wait time, the representative became rude and transferred me to another department that never answered. Very poor experience, especially for a healthcare service provider.
Customer service is so bad. The agents are rude and disrespectful. The lady checking me in was literally eating something and didn't say a word when I got the desk, gave me an awful look instead of asking what I am here for. I explained what I was there for, she asked me to send the paperwork to an email, which takes less than 30 seconds. She asked me to step aside, I waited another 15 minutes to get to my turn. They have such a big facility but only 1 restroom. Agents are so slow 🐌 to process simple paperwork.
