Horrible experience from start to finish. Poorly maintained apartments. Redpoint lets anyone behave however they feel with no repercussions. They let people be loud on full blast, screaming, drag racing around the neighborhood because they are scared of the own residents they lease to. They let everyone stink up the neighborhood with weed smoke. They let them have their dogs poop all over the place. DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE. We have only been here for 3 1/2 and have had to submit 2 maintenance requests for month, and when we did they took up to 4 weeks to do repairs…. So awful and inhumane
