Redpoint give ms one monthly rate then they add fees and the utility bill is $300 per person which is $1,000 for one unit. Terrible and is not good for students.
Security sucks. My guest car was stolen out of the parking lot due to the fact of the gate not closing and inadequate security. Gates have not worked all year. There are no security cameras throughout the property. There have been several gunshots and incidents at Redpoint. Utilities are ridiculously high. Office staff lacks professional attributes. After three long years at red point I have never met someone as kind as eric the new AM. Thanks Eric for all your help! ( on a side note the living quality would be a 1 1/2 I mean it gave a place to lay my head but that’s about all)
If my life depended on it, I wouldn’t stay here again. Since moving to Redpoint Tuscaloosa, I’ve faced numerous problems. On my move-in day, mold was everywhere on the kitchen walls and bathroom. I’ve also encountered water roaches, spiders, and ants. Roaches and ants were coming from my bathroom drain, and ants were crawling across the side of my bed and up the ceiling.
