After three long years at red point I have never met someone as kind as eric the new AM. Thanks Eric for all your help! ( on a side note the living quality would be a 1 1/2 I mean it gave a place to lay my head but that’s about all)
If my life depended on it, I wouldn’t stay here again. Since moving to Redpoint Tuscaloosa, I’ve faced numerous problems. On my move-in day, mold was everywhere on the kitchen walls and bathroom. I’ve also encountered water roaches, spiders, and ants. Roaches and ants were coming from my bathroom drain, and ants were crawling across the side of my bed and up the ceiling. I don't even want to give 1 star. If I could give a negative I would. The management is awful and in the short amount of time I've lived here have been turned over due to reasons I'm sure you will be able to conclude after further reading. Within the first few weeks of living here, mind you my roommates and I don't know anyone who lives in this complex. Excessively hiked utility charges will always come at a strategically planned month to try to prevent you from having enough time to file a report. Racist management. AI customer service including the official number (Remi is a bot). At my last birthday, management gave me permission to have a get-together.
