Absolutely one of the worst properties I have ever rented. We have continuously had problems with our A/C and bugs. Cockroaches have infested the downstairs almost every time it starts to warm up outside.. no matter how many times we have deep cleaned and sprayed our house (& we are not messy people). Our A/C has gone out AT LEAST 8 times since our lease began. This past month we had maybe half a week of running A/C.. or maybe just the cooler weather that kept the temperature a little lower. Save yourself the trouble and dont live at the Woodlands. As a recent UGA graduate I have never experienced a worse apartment management company. I have previously lived at Riverclub Apartments and Riverbend Club and both management offices were SIGNIFICANTLY better. Kristen is one of the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I had to call her multiple times before she put my work order in. Teresa is not much better. She does not care at all about residents after you sign the lease.
