Dr Powellson is by far the most thorough doctor I’ve ever had. He carefully listens and is truly an advocate for his patients. He’s compassionate and calm while delivering excellent medical care and advice. He’s also a fantastic pediatrician. Please incorporate online billing/payment, electronic records, and be open when you say you'll be open. This is not the first time that I've called within "normal business hours" as stated by your phone answering service, yet to be told that your office is closed. If you say your hours are 8:30-12 and 1-5, then phone lines should be accessible during that time.
