Dr. Yao had his nurse call me to tell me hes dropping me as a patient because he said i wasn't taking care of myself. I have been taking my medicine, regularly and coming to ALL of my appointments and have improved but I missed one appointment during the Covid crisis.. Very very strange and very unprofessional. RecommendedI bring most of my whole family here now.
I am suffering for an asthma and I have problem with prescriptions for medicines. I am working 7 days on Madway hospital and a special now I need my inhalers. I was waiting one week for prescription and when my son went to collect them. They are did not prescribed blue one and just brown one which is impossible to buy. I need again wait for this bloody prescription for some alternative . I have go again and wait another week. I try to call to practice but instead to talk with someone just hear record. Dr. Powellson is a great doctor. He is very current. He is careful. He is a good listener. He takes enough time to make the correct diagnosis and figure out the best treatment. I feel so blessed to have such a good doctor in my hometown.
I have a bad cold or flu. Dr Powellson was able to see me today even though I just called this morning. Did not have to wait long. I am very pleased with the care I have received at this practice.
