Horrible dentist, stay away!! I had visited Woodlands Dental Care previously for a routine cleaning, so I decided to return again in April of 2015 when a large portion of my back tooth chipped off. The wait time was only about 10 minutes, and everyone was polite at the office. They did x-rays of the area and an exam, before I spoke with the doctor about the results. She informed me that the decay on the chipped tooth was getting pretty bad, and they would have to carve out the deep cavities on both the side (where it chipped... read more

This is the worse place I ever been for a dentist, they are only interested in money, please don't go, I went there just for a tooth revision and get the price to fix it and they made a full revision of my entire teeth saying that I don't have to pay anything, and as my insurance did not wanted to pay for that they charged me, I tried to talk with them, explain the situation, but nothing happen, I paid, but never will return to this place, I asked them to retire my files, very disappointed.

Office staff exhibit extremes in people skills. One day they're friendly and helpful... the next they'll barely acknowledge your existence (other than when they want you to pay). The dentist seems professional and friendly and one of the two hygienists is extremely kid friendly... the other one is so-so. Our insurance is accepted and it's conveniently located... what more can I say?

The dentist office is not accomodating at all. They will not make an appt for exam & cleaning in the same day for new patients(must make 2 appts). I waited 45 minutes in the office on the day of my EXAM ONLY. They will NOT do an exam without doing X-rays. They will NOT do a cleaning without doing an exam. I asked a few questions, and staff could not provide a reasonable answer. I told them if they can't do just a cleaning and an exam without x-rays, then this is not the place for us, and their response was indifference. I wa... read more

I wasn't completely satisfied with my visits later, all the problems I have had with the work done.. Waste of time and money if you ask me. I didn't gain much long term results from my appointments with this provider. Don't think I'll have much good to say if someone asks me about it. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
