Lovely staff, great camping facilities, and fantastic value for money. We stayed for 3 nights and spent 3 days in the park - we didn't need to go off site. My 8 yr old son loved it here. Thank you for giving us some fantastic family memories. Xx
Poor management and approach during a serious situation over a 20 years old male ride attendant on the swing ship ride and our 12 and 13 year old daughter's. Had to involve Devon and Cornwall police who were brilliant to gain a level of acceptance during our remaining 5 days .
We are annual visitors on the discounted weeks prior to school holidays. Can't fault the park at all. The pitches are big, clean and level. The staff are amazing and always happy to go above and beyond expectations. The theme park is an added bonus Keep up the good work guys and we will see you again next year x x x
Worst weekend away we've ever had, we got flooded out , no drainage at all along the pitches, staff had no clue what they was doing and wasn't even interested in seeing the river running in our awning!!!not even one of the dry groundsheets was offered from the empty pitches to help us dry out ,or offer any kind of reimbursement ,wasn't happy to even leave us the broom so we could sweep the water out when needed !refused !!they swept all across the path with turned the water into mud. Great week away at Woodlands. £256 for 4 adults a child and 2 dogs with full access to the park is very good value for money. Staff all seemed nice and very chatty. Facilities where clean. The only thing I can say negative about it is the pitch we was on was slopped but truth be told they can't really do much about that. Defenately will be returning
Really enjoyed camping here, shame it rained, facilities good and the adventure park is fab. Will visit again
First time here and it won't be the last, fantastic facilities and the theme park was fab for all the family, had rain all day the first day but plenty undercover things to do in theme park. Reason for not giving 5* wish we were closer to loo's or there was 1 more block would be perfect, noisy neighbours but no sign of wardens at night and pizza lady was slightly rude when I asked for just a coffee, I can see she was busy but a customer no matter what they are purchasing is a customer. All in all though a good holiday
