Great neighborhood with lovely people! But the HOA runs a dictatorship and don’t care about its community.

Location can't be beat! Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. Many long time owners/residents.
These condos are great! Moved in about 10yrs ago and I love it. In a great area, very well kept and a wonderful HOA board. They make sure everyone is following the by laws and keeping the condos up to date. Woodlands is a top notch neighborhood!! We are surrounded by million dollar homes and the Avalon so it’s nice that our condos fit right in!
The Board at this Community lately is not representing interests of the owners, more than that, we are not able to communicate directly to the Board- only via emails. Our rights have been taken away and it’s a scary situation!!
