Place has gone very downhill! Been here for 7 years and these past 2 years of living here have been a living hell! The new manager of the place is very unprofessional and does not need to be managing this place. Very poor management! They let anyone move in here. This place used to be so quiet, but now it is getting like every other project complex around Washington. (Very sad) The place has gotten very out of control as well. No cameras around the place either, so makes it a very unsafe environment if anything happens here.... read more

I lived there long time ago it was so nice & affordable I didn’t like the hill though it was slippery in the winter when I moved out they gave me my deposit back except a small $20 back for a cracked butter holder in fridge manage was great then & maitnance it was my first apartment with my little girl it was clean 2 bedroom central air thanks to pat in management i got it I’ll never forget her cuz I really needed a home.
