Woodland Windows and Doors was founded in 1969 by John and Ann Mariotti at the corner of Lake Street and Gary Avenue in Roselle. They called it the Woodland Lumber Company specializing in millwork, doors and selling firewood and railroad ties to make ends meet. In the 1990's, the Mariotti's expanded Woodland's product offerings to include many of the top rated brands of windows and doors. RecommendedBest window and door company out there. Professional and client focused from the sales reps to the installers, there is no better anywhere. My wife and I were impressed with Woodland back in 2002 and we are still impressed now. We know that we will be taken care of from start to finish with anything we need. The sales person was knowledgeable. We explained what we wanted and where. Woodland contacted our HOA to verify our choice conformed. Door was installed sooner than projected when it was ordered. I'm happy.
In 2015 Woodland Windows & Doors finished the installation of eight Anderson Series 400 windows in two large openings in one day. Very professional and knowledgeable installers (Woodland employees) who take pride in their work and know what they are doing. The pre-stained wood trim matched the existing stain perfectly and was installed with sharp tight miters. Absolutely great service, great craftsmanship and even better guys!! Install crew could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable and careful working in and around the house. We had a tricky install due to the exterior material on our home and the guys knew exactly how to handle working around it. We can't say how much we appreciate the level of comfort and quality we received. Well done!!!
We had new front and patio doors put in by Woodland Windows & Doors a few years ago in our previous home. They did a great job and the doors were top quality. No more draft in winter! In our current home we had them put 25 new Marvin windows in, and we had a wonderful team of 5 men that did a great job, communicated well, were very careful not to damage all my plants along the outside wall, and they took extra steps with hand washing and putting booties on, to keep our severe allergic son safer. Tgeir younger workers are sassy punks, and they are all rude to the neighbors.
They are very helpful the first 5 years then after the warranty is up you are useless to them. My neighbor's window that was installed by Woodland was tild the flashing was installed wrong and I'm having the same problem now. Woodland just told me after the warranty is up that they can't help me with my problem. Now that's standing behind their work.
