Never take you dog here for grooming! My daughter dropped of her beautiful Goldendoodle for a trim and she came back completely shaved. They did not call and tell her there was an issue or ask permission. They refuse to give her money back. The poor puppy is now depressed and sick with diarrhea from the stress. Do not trust these people with your pets!!!
Just want to warn people and it may not happen all the time but our buddies stayed there a few days while we were on vacation. They had the cameras going so we checked in on them. Though they would be ok but when we came to pick them up the floor was covered in urine and feces that I could tell at least the urine had not been cleaned up the floor was slimy and the room smelled of it. Again I will never be back here and wouldn't suggest then to anyone.
Penelope has been a part of the woodland west family since 12 weeks of age and is approaching 2 yrs old here this April. I’m going to make this short....Penelope goes EVERYWHERE with me.if I’m not at work, then she’s definetly with me.that being said..she HAS to listen to me! when I’m at my fathers place,.she is “off leash” the entire time .
