I was sent here by a recommendation from my vet to pick up insulin for my diabetic dog (my vet was out of stock), and have been happily doing this for months. Upon attempting to pick up my dogs recent insulin refill today, I was called back by Woodland West stating I could not pick anything up without a "exam" of my dog despite the fact they had been sent records from my vet. Woke up on Monday to my cats fighting, only to realize my Baby had been scratched in the eye and blood was pooling. I, of course, panicked and called my usual vet, immediately, and they didn’t have any availability but recommended I call Woodland West. They were also booked for the day but after checking around with the staff/doctors they decided to have me drive in and squeezed me into their busy day. Walmart of dog care…. But unless you can see Dr. Yeagley himself each time then there are much better places to take your dog to be cared for.
