My dog went in with a hip issue that he has had for years. The doctor (who was late) barely looked at him before blaming the last vet and wanted xrays. My dog might ultimately need xrays and I have no issues with that but I was VERY disappointed in how little the doctor looked at my dog before asking for more money (ie xrays) without a full examination. My English bulldog has been seeing Dr. Lipstate for years. He has had various issues and she always knows what to do. There have been many times I have called same day and she has seen me. The front staff always is very friendly and loves giving my pooch attention. Heâs not even scared to go in to the vet, he loves it. The vet practice is amazing, but further Dr Lipstate knocks it out of the park with her bedside manner and intelligence. We will continue to use her throughout her career!
