Very unprofessional. I had a problem with a new type of contact after several months that the doctor had prescribed. They wanted to charge me for a new exam. When I emailed to complain I never heard from them. I expect a doctor to stand behind their services and products. This one does not. I am not sure if it was the office staff that never forwarded my email to the doctor or the doctor ignoring it but either way this was inexcusable.
