Replaced the office staff with AI slop, courtesy of corporate overlords apparently determined to make everything less human. Outside of the AI slop, everything is great. The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly, the manager Yessica is wonderful, and the apartment itself is great. Unfortunately, corporate has decided that actual human interaction is an unnecessary expense and that replacing office staff with AI is somehow an improvement. It isn’t. Yessica whom works in the leasing department was very helpful! She answered all my questions about the property and is overall very pleasant to work with. The apartment complex is very nice and the units are unique with a sunlight and screened in back patios. I would recommend woodland villas and working with Yessica!
This place is completely unprofessional and how they treat future residents is ridiculous. The property manager Yessica refuses to answer calls and emails in a timely manner, and the only way to get ahold of her is to go into the office. Twice now Yessica has not held to her word in doing things on her side so that my partner and I can complete our applications and be matched to a unit. This delay in completing her duties has led to us missing out on an open unit we’ve been waiting on for 2 weeks. This is not how you treat f... read more
I’ve loved living here! It has been extremely quiet and peaceful. Yessica has been extremely helpful from the day we toured and after we moved in.
