We had an apartment tour scheduled for 2:00 PM. The appointment was confirmed by text beforehand, but when we arrived, the leasing agent was nowhere to be found. We called and texted every phone number listed on the website, and after finally reaching the office, we were told the agent was busy showing another apartment and that we would have to wait. The apartments were lovely and clean. Lots of amenities. I had the pleasure of touring the units with June Cano. I give her the higher praise. She was so professional patient and kind. Five stars
The building constantly smells like marijuana, dog urine, and body odor in the common areas. It’s also extremely noisy. Take a moment to listen when you’re touring the property—you’ll notice that airplanes fly overhead every 15–20 minutes, and it often feels like they’re passing right over your bedroom. Recently moved in and had a great experience working with June Cano. After a previous apartment we'd applied to fell through suddenly, June accommodated a short timeline from application to move-in date and fielded a ton of questions about the application and other issues. The complex itself is well-situated in the Arts District, pet-friendly, and has washer/dryer in unit. Very happy so far
