The professionalism of the staff are what really makes this place feel like home for me. Whether it’s a maintenance request or dealing with Danielle, the leasing agent, my questions are always answered timely and with professionalism. This area is centrally located to everything I need as well. So that’s a big deal for me!

This place is horrible and very inconsistent and inconsiderate I have been waiting on Unit 311 since February. I am a section 8 tenant which they do accept but they put us at the bottom of the list . Me and my 2 kids have been homeless since January 6th which Danielle ( leasing agent ) Jiselle ( leasing agent) Randy ( property management) knew my situation this whole time I gave them everything they needed!!!! It’s been horrible living here. The rent comes with “amenities” that are never clean, so they can’t be used. The hallways are rarely cleaned. I had a leak in my apartment that not only destroyed my personal items, but left me unable to use the kitchen for over a week. (The same leak damaged 2 other units on 2 separate floors. )Mind you the kitchen is small (one person can occupy it at a time), so if it leaks in there, there is no space to avoid it, no space to cook.
