We are extremely frustrated with the situation in this building. Apparently, the apartments we live in were built or renovated without proper permits, and now the owners are forced to do reconstruction/repairs to bring everything into compliance. As a result, we’ve been living with construction workers walking through our apartment from 8 am to 6 pm for the third week in a row. This management is not to be trusted! I have lived in my unit for several years. I have dealt with flooding in every single room for over two months. I have had electrical, mold, constant leaking, carpet guys coming in unit to dry the carpet due to leaks rent being raised every darn minute. Now I’m moving out these nasty people are charging me for things they should have fixed. I moved into the Woodland Trio apartments last October and I’m so happy with my decision. Ana is amazing! She helped me through the whole process of apartment touring and applications! She answered all the questions I had at the time and made me feel like this was the perfect place for me. Even after I moved in, if I had any questions or concerns she’s always been super helpful! Whether it’s a maintenance request or dealing with Danielle, the leasing agent, my questions are always answered timely and with professionalism. This area is centrally located to everything I need as well. So that’s a big deal for me!
