WOW, I never knew Woodland Trail had so many things to offer homeowners. I really like the fact they have boat, R/V, and trailer lot for parking at no cost to the homeowner. I have visited many other communities and none of them offered storage to homeowners without a cost. I also like the fact that there are 2 separate pool/playground areas for families to choice from. Our favorite plan was the Fairview that had a huge loft for the family upstairs and a owner's suite downstairs and all the other bedrooms where upstairs.
Christina Reardon was the ONLY reason we stayed through the nightmare process that was Deb Irwin in the loan department. If you get paired with Deb Irwin RUN don't walk to Dean at DHI. I would buy 10 more houses from Christina and Dean. The neighborhood of Woodland Trail seems amazing and we are excited to start the new chapter of our lives there.
If you're buying with DR Horton, make sure you're working with Christina Reardon. She has gone out of her way to make sure the home buying process goes as smoothly as possible. She's ridiculously accessible and was so incredibly kind even when I had a million different questions. Christina genuinely cares and wants to get you and your family into your new home.
Christina Reardon gave my buyers constant support from start to finish. Cannot say enough about the care she puts into her work. Issues came up elsewhere (through no fault of Christina) but it was her being the kind and steadying guide that kept my buyers focused and moving on to the closing table.
We met with Christina today, and she gave us a tour of Woodland Trail by D.R. Horton. She was very knowledgeable about the community and the homes that were for sale. We had a great experience, and we think Woodland Trail is a beautiful place to live.
