Very helpful and attentive staff. I filled out a maintenance request on Sunday morning, and the staff called immediately to go above and beyond. We just moved in and I’m loving my experience already!

left apartment in good condition, woodland trail trying to get another month of rent adding 575 for painting, 750 for carpet and 120 for blinds saying all need to be replaced,. money grubbing. apartments won't be in perfect move in condition after 2 years. even using a carpet shampooer several times a year, the carpet won't look new again. very disappointed in this company. I left another apartment 3 years ago (Laurel crossing) and they did me right. woodland trail is a joke of a company. don't know how they are keeping thei... read more
