RecommendedI love this community because the staff is amazing and very helpful. They work with you carefully based on your situation and are willing direct you in the right path!!! I worked with Kametrise Holt and she did an amazing job with explaining and answering all questions.
I like it here. The new office staff are really nice and help out a lot. They are a little pricey though. But for the location and environment it evens out.
Had a devastating fire last night the management went above and beyond for us. Not only did they show up and stay with us till the red cross came they came in the next day to make sure we were placed in new units right away. I can say without a shadow of doubt that I am more than happy to have chosen them as a place to stay . I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a community that cares about there tents .

This place is the worst they don't come and fix stuff the staff is horrible the bugs are out of control they come an spray once a month when you pay for them to come as needed don't come here stay away !

I've been living here for about 3 months now and I have thoroughly enjoyed it! In working closely with the office staff I can say that they are genuinely concerned with the needs of the residents and issues are addressed promptly. Maintenance maintains the grounds and have fixed any issues that I have had, which thankfully have not been many. I look forward to enjoying my stay here.
I went to visit a friend this weekend at Woodland Trace, and my 5 year old, my friend, and I were stung by hornets. They have made a nest in the stairs leading to my friend's apartment, and management said there is nothing they can do. I don't even live in these apartments and I have a problem with them. My friend has been stung about ten times now, and the complex won't help her fight the wasps. I guess the complex better keep their fingers crossed nobody with allergies gets stung!

I attended a fun evening at woodland Trace alng with my grandchildren,which by the way enjoyed themselves. It was wll planned and Monica, Brandon, Tammy wre actively involved. The music, and activities were nice. Thanks again for another beautifully planned event for the children and adults. Linda

This is the lowest amount of starts that I can give. But they don't even deserve one. Our stove wasn't working for THREE WEEKS. we went to the leasing office like 7 times and they finally came to replace it. When they cane. They took the stove and told me to sweep up the mess that was under the stove. It was ridiculous.
