I along with 9 other people had my tires slashed here. No cameras to see who did it. There's always yelling outside and trash everywhere. Maintenance does not fix any issues.
I rented my apartment based on lies. The apartments are cockroach infested and unclean and management is not here to help in any way. Do not rent from here if you can help it.

The apartment manager is rude, and unpleasant. The pool didn't open till mid summer. And any maintenance issues that you may have, she could care less and will talk bad to you when u call. As if you ruined her day.
Places are trash the manager is a belligerent hatful woman. She lies to get you in here telling you that the units are in great demand and that you have to bring your deposit now if you want the place but you can't see the unit because their being remodeled (this is the same story me and all of my neighbors heard) it's not worth the money you pay a month just DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is the most unorganized shit hole I have ever lived in. The management runs this place like a low budget drug ring and have zero consideration when it comes to people's lives as long as she benefits financially. The maintenance is non existent so if something is broke get over it is their state of the ark motto. A box would make for a better living arrangement. All military personnel stay away, you will be treated worse than the drug dealers across the street. Pathetic excuse for an apartment complex.
