I initially stated that I really, really liked it here. It’s nice and quiet, the units are decent and management is very nice. However, the entire complex lost heat from Jan. 15 to Jan. 19 with temps dropping as low as 30 degrees outside. I had to buy two heaters to partially heat my bedrooms just for my son and I to be comfortable and a neighbor had to get a hotel for a couple nights because it was simply too cold for her kids. Ms. Mona is the best property manager there is. She’s knowledgeable about the property and is very personable. Maintenance issues are fixed quickly and communication is fast and effective.
Mona is very helpful and knowledgeable with the problems that I have had. She is always very nice and polite.
