Great MOR staff & MA staff & Doctors. I love how they treated me with kindness & professionalism & respect.
My visit with Nurse Practitioner Marian Roethler was fantastic. The poor review is not for the care I received in the hands of the medical professional. The care I received from Nurse Roethler was top notch. The administrative team at the Specialty Care office at Woodland Dignity Health is absolutely abysmal. I took my girlfriend’s father to his appointment with Dr. Nguyen since she was sick. We arrived on time for his 830am appointment, however I was notified by the lady checking us in that Dignity flagged him as no show because he had missed his 8am appointment. This was utterly false. I had to call my girlfriend to have her send over the screenshots of his appointments through Dignity’s website. Lo and behold, there was no 8am appointment.
