Lived here for a year, and consistently had issues with management. Firstly, my unit was without a working dryer for the majority of the lease (at least 7 months), and it took them until the day before I moved out for them to finally fix it. Great timing. I now have gotten random paint charges(nearly $300) out of my deposit for lack of painting ability from tenants that lived there before me. Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in with the worse management. Lived here 2 years. First year I was moving out and they changed the move out day and I had to work so they allowed the cleaning ladies to throw away $200 worth of food & my roommates tote of water bottles/glasses went ‘missing’. Second year we had no air for 3 days and it was in 90s that week, I had to go back home to sleep because it was insufferable. Maintenance request go unanswered and ignored.
