Save yourself the trouble, READ Reviews! Would leave zero stars if possible. The property manager is non-existent and regularly refuses to adhere to ADA guidelines and City noise ordinances. Adcock Property Management, who the property manager is employed by and represents, condones this abhorrent, slumlord behavior. In fact, I wouldn’t recommend ANY of Adcock Property Management Company’s properties, since they clearly lack basic concern for their tenants. Great apartment here. Quiet and like your own house. best location for Gulf Breeze. Monica is just fabulous. always great service. Pool is a quiet get away. Happy I choose here
Ever since this summer of 2023, they put up little banners nearby saying "Leasing!" or "For Rent!" which may as well just be false advertising if no one can get a hold of them to even rent a place from them. I've tried calling their offices back in June, no one would ever answer. They haven't even responded to a recent email I sent them this September asking about their supposed availability. DO NOT RENT HERE. It has gone downhill ever since Weller took over management. Instead of a maintenance person on the grounds every day who could handle anything that goes wrong, it is now a maintenance person every once in a while who takes 2 weeks to come out & fix AC problems during a heat wave. They also add on additional rental fees with no warning despite what the contracted lease agreements say.
I called Woodland Run Apartments today, and got a call back the same day. Monica provided excellent customer service on the phone, and I am joining the waitlist. I am excited to call Gulf Breeze my home hopefully very soon.
