Apartment I had was infested with fleas, the neighbors stole our birthday package (by the road 2nd to last apartment building), had a 40 year old AC unit that they refused to replace and it cost us a TON in electric, also got moldy and had to clean it a lot, they don’t let you use the hose outside your apartment because it’s “their property”. Overall I wouldn’t live here if I were you!
Living at Woodland Run East for the past 23 months has been a genuinely peaceful experience. The community boasts a welcoming atmosphere, and I've truly appreciated the good people I've met here. Having access to a small gym and a swimming pool has been a nice perk. Plus, the convenience of being just half a mile from Highway 98 has made getting around a breeze. A special thank you to Monica, the top boss of the community, whose dedication and management have been outstanding. She is amazing. 5 stars
Save yourself the trouble, READ Reviews! Would leave zero stars if possible. The property manager is non-existent and regularly refuses to adhere to ADA guidelines and City noise ordinances. Adcock Property Management, who the property manager is employed by and represents, condones this abhorrent, slumlord behavior. In fact, I wouldn’t recommend ANY of Adcock Property Management Company’s properties, since they clearly lack basic concern for their tenants. Great apartment here. Quiet and like your own house. best location for Gulf Breeze. Monica is just fabulous. always great service. Pool is a quiet get away. Happy I choose here
