I was a customer of this business in the past. On May 28th I received a email saying I have a balance due of 212.00$ When I called to inquire about what the bill was for the lady who said she was the office manager explained what date the work was done on, I explained I did not have an appointment that day and asked what specifically is this bill for, why am I getting this bill when I was not seen on the said date. I hate writing this and so sorry but after talking with others, they said I need to share my story to protect and help others. I was going to Woodland Park Dental Group for a few years and the staff is so friendly. Now that I realize my partner had a crown that wasn't needed and they pushed me to get a crown on a perfectly good tooth that didn't need a *filling* or a *crown*. All I ask of you, is to get a second opinion on any crown or filling if you are going to this dentist. It could save you a lifetime of having a crown ... read more

I am writing this to let people know my experience. Please seek understanding on your own terms and make your own conclusions. I would STRONGLY urge you to read on. I have been going to this dentist for a number of years which is why this is difficult to write. I came in for my regular appointment. The dentist and staff are always nice. Was told $173. Was charged $300 for a single tooth pulled . THIS PLACE is the masters of bait and switch .Bring double the money if you go here good luck

I was referred to another specialist in Colorado Springs. It was my first time in and as hoping to get the work possibly needed in Woodland Park close to home. The office was nice and staff was helpfull, Dentist and assistant also very proffesional

All the staff and dentists have been very friendly, professional and caring. Their excellent “chair side” manners have been great.
