I was a long time resident of Woodland Park and my experience there was a slow decline from the moment I moved into one of their two bedroom units. The majority of neighbors are fine, however there are some glaring exceptions of loud music played at all hours of the night, children stampeding through the halls screaming, and visible birthday cards that may not have been secured completely in the mailbox being torn open in search of checks and money. Horrible, please do not rent here. The one year I lived here was the worst renting experience I've ever had. The staff are nice when your signing the paperwork. As soon as thats done they show their true are never in the office, thus the workout room is always closed, why pay for something you can never use? They ignore maintains requests, I waited a month to have my microwave replaced. They charge extra for nothing. As in i was charged an extra $25 dollars on my rent for no reason.
