ZERO STARTS DUE TO ALL MANAGEMENT and specifically Jenni Rieck, who does not send you everything you need to pay rent on time so when you are late due to her fault she will not remove the late fee even having proof that she said she would send the info but didn’t until it becomes late. I feel very targeted at this place as fees are always being added and when you contact them, they ask for “proof” but yet they have no proof on why they would charge you. I have been calling this place, no one is answering. Been trying to see if any units are available, but I can't get no one to answer the phone. No updates on websites, no nothing? What kind of service is this?
I used to live here 20 years ago with no issues...yet- I wouldn't recommend this company...any of their properties. Very poor service starting from the application process. They have units available and an "option" to apply online yet you can't actually apply online because their site doesn't work. When I called and spoke with Derrick he told me they are and have been aware of this issue for awhile yet he didn't offer a resolution...just asked for my contact information. Decent place. But management is not good at all. I was charged wrongfully for something I have never used and reported it but after going back and forth with the area manager, I was charged because I had no proof of the thing not working (I think they meant they didn’t do a good job in keeping all my records and maintenance request) but they had no proof of it ever working so they just decided to charge me because why not, they need to scam the money somehow to fix something I never broke.
