This Apartment Complex takes deposits From People, they say they’re approved and they keep them stringing along for 30 to 90 days however long before they can keep their deposit and then they tell them they can’t move in-I seen it in a community page and they’ve also done it to a good friend of mine. I think the managers are scamming the money my friend lost $500 for a deposit and $100 for an application fee which is illegal and they are now contacting the Attorney General’s office against this company. Five Stars goes to Killian at the Woodland Apartments. I had terrible communication since moving into my place in May, and since Killian has been around, that has changed. Very pleasant and genuine person.
Didn't talk to anyone from here but seen from the outside & the accompanying reviews here tell it.
Since February 2026, I have been calling for some maintenance concerns in my unit. The management did not respond neither did they return calls. The resident portal was also utilized to get the request sent, Nothing was done! Getting really frustrated!!
Under poor management no one answers phones. There is little to no communication with management.
