I have called this place it's nice and all but they do not answer there phones and when I left messages no call back and I emailed them many of times nothing back I want to get an apartment here
Shelter corporation who manages the property very poor never answer telephone state they have 3 different phone lines never call back resident
I'm unable to reach them to set a appointment to return the keys to the apartment I rented.. weird and conerned!
ZERO STARTS DUE TO ALL MANAGEMENT and specifically Jenni Rieck, who does not send you everything you need to pay rent on time so when you are late due to her fault she will not remove the late fee even having proof that she said she would send the info but didn’t until it becomes late. I feel very targeted at this place as fees are always being added and when you contact them, they ask for “proof” but yet they have no proof on why they would charge you.
