I lived here for three years and it was a good place to live. Courtney was an amazing property manager and took care of issues as best as they could have been. The maintenance personnel were fast at fixing issues. I liked the neighborhood and most of the people were nice. You learn who to avoid.
It's okay. It's not the worst place, but it's not good either. We've been here less than a month and my wife is happy with it but I'm not. There's nothing majorly wrong with the 2 bedroom condo but it just has several annoying things about it that add up. Positives: The bedrooms are large. There is plenty of parking. The kitchen has a good amount of empty space to where you can add extra shelving/storage in there even with a table that comfortably seats 4. There is a good amount of cabinet space. They allow pets.
