I’ve lived here over a year now so I feel like I have enough experience to give an educated review. I started off in a one-bedroom and a couple months into my second year lease, was able to transfer to a two-bedroom townhome with my boyfriend. Courtney, the property manager, was always able to answer our questions and concerns during the transfer. This complex is a wonderful place to live. It’s a quiet neighborhood where everyone keeps to themselves, which makes it very peaceful. The staff is very responsive, I’ve worked mostly with Courtney and Bill, and even though they’re always busy, they still take the time to help and make sure everything is handled. The property is well kept: dumpsters are convenient, the lawn is regularly mowed, and the sidewalks are cleared in the winter. Overall, you really can’t go wrong living here. I moved back to williamsport and into Woodland Park about 8 years ago. We love it! Courtney in the office, and the maintenance staff are always available and so helpful. It's a very quiet complex, with lots of friendly neighbors. Aside from being a beautiful property, we have use of a gym, snow is plowed in the winter, lawn is maintained, parking is plentiful and trash is collected twice a week. I definitely recommend Woodland Park!
We lived at this property from August 2020 through mid-2025, and I’m leaving this review to warn others — especially renters with disabilities or health conditions. Over the years, the property manager, Courtney, continuously added arbitrary fees and raised our rent far beyond what’s reasonable. Our rent doubled within a year, which was more than what many neighbors were paying, even those who had been there longer. We were essentially priced out of our place.
