I moved back to williamsport and into Woodland Park about 8 years ago. We love it! Courtney in the office, and the maintenance staff are always available and so helpful. It's a very quiet complex, with lots of friendly neighbors. Aside from being a beautiful property, we have use of a gym, snow is plowed in the winter, lawn is maintained, parking is plentiful and trash is collected twice a week. I definitely recommend Woodland Park!
We lived at this property from August 2020 through mid-2025, and I’m leaving this review to warn others — especially renters with disabilities or health conditions. Over the years, the property manager, Courtney, continuously added arbitrary fees and raised our rent far beyond what’s reasonable. Our rent doubled within a year, which was more than what many neighbors were paying, even those who had been there longer. We were essentially priced out of our place. I lived here for three years and it was a good place to live. Courtney was an amazing property manager and took care of issues as best as they could have been. The maintenance personnel were fast at fixing issues. I liked the neighborhood and most of the people were nice. You learn who to avoid.
