Well unfortunately the staff over the phone was not helpful or polite. I gave them two chances and after the rude lady I spoke with early this afternoon over the phone I won’t be wasting my time or energy looking at this property any longer. I was calling to ask about the prices online and she treated me as if I was a child or an enemy of hers. It seems to be a training issue with the staff. I hope that is something the management considered.
Tengo tres meses viviendo aquí . Y estoy tan agradecida por la atención y la ayuda que recibí de la señorita Verónica y la señorita Gaby . Ellas son tan amables y cariñosas . Ellas hicieron el proceso muy fácil y rápido ,para mí mudanza , vivir en estos apartamentos es vivir en paz y feliz . El mantenimiento está perfecto y la seguridad también .

I need there corporate number it’s not worth it and the office manager has a horrible attitude
This place is terrible. Before I was able to give all the information they needed, they ran my credit, and told my at the time apartment about it when I wasn't ready, and I told them that they shouldn't have ran everything because I wasn't going to qualify without my roommate. They changed the rent on me the day I was signing the leas, and when I showed them their mistake they told me that they couldn't give me the price they quoted me SEVRAL times, and reprinted the paper.
