My experience living at this property has been extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a professionally managed community. The primary issue is the management. Throughout my residency, I have observed what appears to be inconsistent enforcement of community policies. A pretty average apartment. Have had some theft with mail and packages which was pretty devastating. Bathroom door is pretty old and weak, doesn't lock, bathroom had a hole/leakage on the ceiling, signs of wear and tear. Things are falling apart in the apartment Ive been in. Dishwasher doesn't function. Also Cabinets falling off it's hinges. Definitely not worth the price, but I like the privacy they give their tenants. They aren't nosy.
We use to live here for 6 years and the last 2 years went down hill, we had killed 7 mice in our unit , we were flooded 5 times , nothing was fixed properly, do not trust the property manager, we had Ants so bad , the hallways are disgusting. I recommend for ppl to not live here. I have videos and pictures. The pool is never open the last 2 years we were there. The city should shut this place down .
Grosses place ever do not move here🤮🤢 there’s roaches everywhere and mice pools never open everything beat up and dirty. The hallways are disgusting and the laundry rooms!!!!
A big space and a great start for your small family. I’ve been staying here for over 5 years, and I love it. I have a nice view and a great spot. Things have really improved compared to before.
