A big space and a great start for your small family. I’ve been staying here for over 5 years, and I love it. I have a nice view and a great spot. Things have really improved compared to before.
Woodland North is a very nice place to live, Office manager is amazing along with her staff and maintenance men, I am however surprised not surprised from some of the negative reviews, considering from whom its coming from, Irene is an amazing manager, keep up the good work , Irene, don't worry about the rest.
I have lived at this apartment complex a couple of times totaling 4 or 5 years. The manager there Irene has been amazing, from little issues from time to time to making the move out process almost effortless and worry free. I can say if I ever move back to an apartment complex I’d expect the manager to work to her standard, she really sets the bar high
A pretty average apartment. Have had some thief with mail and packages which was pretty devastating. Bathroom door is pretty old and weak, doesn't lock, bathroom had a hole/leakage on the ceiling, signs of wear and tear. Things are falling apart in the apartment Ive been in. Dishwasher doesn't function. Also Cabinets falling off it's hinges. Definitely not worth the price, but I like the privacy they give their tenants. They aren't nosy.
My car was towed from the Woodland Pointe Apartments (9240) parking lot even though I have lived here for over 6 months and had registered my car in the parking system. When I went to the office, they told me my car was not in the system and claimed my roommate’s vehicle was instead. This is a management error — I had registered my vehicle properly and was never notified of any issue. Because of their mistake, I had to pay $375 to get my car back.
