Been living here since 2010. Nice & peaceful for the most part. Got some wild & loud neighbors but not around me.
I was lucky to move into the Woodland Manor Apartments temporarily until I found a home. The owners are friendly and helpful. It was perfect for what I needed.
Amazing setting for a quiet family friendly atmosphere! Maintenance has made sure to take care of everything and has been very quick to fix anything we have needed. Also they’re extremely respectful of privacy and working around schedules! By far my favorite home I have had yet!
Stayed at 706 Cedar Lane #3 for 2 years with my girlfriend as a young professional working in State College. Hands down one of the best value apartments you can find. If you like fishing for trout, you’re really in luck with a Class A wild trout stream literally in your backyard and only a 5 minute drive to the Little Juniata River.
