Incident date 8-13-2020 N.Andover, Osgood St. Saw their red dump truck cutting other people off. 😡 Was in left turn Only then used that lane to cut off person who was in correct lane. Impatient & rude driving habits. Wishing a police officer was there to witness this outrageous driving!! 😡
