Realtor, Mark Ciochon and Mary Novak were instrumental in introducing us to not only to the builder, but to the exact, perfect home for us: the “Cabernet” plan. Woodland, Pine Crest, & Richland are all part of BHI & all owned by Jerry Torczon. I helped my daughter & her husband purchase a house built by Woodland, the highest collection they offer. We understand that issues come up, but how they were handled said a lot. 1. A HUGE issue was that they sold us the house without it passing final building inspections. This is absolutely unacceptable & clear negligence. Not passing final inspections means no Certificate of Occupancy, aka Power Letter, which means the house was uninsurable.... read more
