First, Apex was flexible in adjusting schedules to come out to meet our immediate need. Secondly, Alan fixed our windows that wouldn't properly seal in no time flat, and educated us on how to resolve the issue going forward if it were to materialize again. Outstanding customer service.

He took a great pride in his work and he went to a great length to meet my expectation and beyond. He treated this project as if it was his own personal project. He has my full recommendation. I messaged the technician after 9pm about my broken window and he responded to me in minutes. He charged us even less than the estimate we spoken about from previous day. The technician is a man of his word and does really great work as well. It not often that you find business men that are honest, dependable, and affordable.

Definitely a 5 Star experience. I started toying with the idea of going solar about an Year back and was very tentative right from the start. The technician walked me patiently through the process and the soups to nuts of the whole process including concepts of NEM, regulations and their changes, tax benefits, equipment options and their technical details, installation, warranty etc. with a lot of details you would otherwise probably not get elsewhere.
