One of the worst places I have ever lived. Communication is horrible and so is the neighborhood!!! This is at 673 Armstrong Street Mansfield Ohio 44906! Management is the worst I’ve ever worked with. Not worth the stress!! They will not allow you to move to a bigger size mobile home once you have a baby, they make you finish your lease before you do anything and the large sum of money you put down on the rental will not transfer to another home. Owner said he was going to clean it up with tenants. Still getting people walking from this park onto our street late at night looking to rip homeowners off and doing cut throughs causing damage and letting people not paying rent stay there.
