Bad company to purchase a fireplace from WOODLAND HILLS FIREPLACE, BARBEQUE, and APPLIANCE SHOP, INC is the worst place to buy a fireplace from. They sold me one but after the sale was done and I asked for help and customer service, they gave million justifications and reasons of why the fireplace is not working properly, asked me to call the manufacturer and hung up the phone.. I do not recommend WOODLAND HILLS FIREPLACE, BARBEQUE, and APPLIANCE SHOP, INC to anyone. I rate them ZERO (0) in capital.
