Walked in to lobby. Rang bell for service. Waited 10 minutes, no one showed up. Saw this probation sign posted in their lobby so I left.
The customer service agents who answer the phones here are very rude. I had the unfortunate experience on several occasions calling here. I think they forgot the golden rule of treating patients with respect. They make orders very difficult and almost like they are doing you a favor or it’s free. The medications here are very expensive and overrated. Look for other compound pharmacies—they can make all the same prescriptions but for less and with better service.
My experience with Woodland Hills Pharmacy has been exceptional. Woodland Hills has provided excellent customer services and expert advice from their pharmacy technicians regarding my questions about the medication. Responsive customer service and kind employees.
