This has to be one of the worst apartments I've ever lived in. PrideRock Capital needs to be ashamed of themselves for how they treat honest and hard-working residents. This place has the thinnest walls I have ever experienced in my life and you can literally hear the neighbors pooping...there is dog poop literally everywhere and the maintenance guy lives on site and is a little snitch. They expect people to tiptoe because they remodeled their place with linoleum floors, which it sounds like you're living in a creaky pirate ... read more
Clean community. Too friendly!!! As long as nobody sets foot on your porch anyone can go anywhere its awesome! If you live at the back the stairs are too inconvenient going directly to the apartment you live in. Easiest thing to do is go up the grass and walk through the 2 foot rock walkway(fire escape) behind the buildings. Dont worry about upsetting anyone the office encourages it. I dont even live here just go to their dog park. (There is no sign that says residents only) so it is okay to go. Maintenance and the residents don't pick up after their dog at the dog park, there is many, many cigarette butts everywhere on the ground, and people at the pool play their music so loud you can hear them from neighborhoods away. Not cool. It is your job to keep it clean, dogs will get sick if they eat the cigarettes. Do better.
