Hillside apartments depending on neighbors can expect to see traffic all the time on the 2 ft of rock it's a fire escape but people specifically come up my stairs to walk to their apartment. I asked the office for a block off then got told anyone can walk anywhere. I honestly just wanted an email saying have some common courtesy. No sense of privacy. I have been living here, happily for a year. It's relatively quiet & peaceful. The 2br is great because the balcony/patios have two entrances, one off the living space and one off the second bedroom. Staff is super helpful and friendly, too!
Don't have any problems won't be any problems Office management email doesn't work Monday through Wednesday most weeks had a water emergency and had to pay for 2 days not knowing my water was fixed in 3 hours no email from maintenance or call saying it was fixed I had a colonoscopy scheduled at 9:30 am and I needed a working restroom they let water run broken for 3 days then noticed an issue too late. Do not move here under any circumstances just moved in and the AC wasn’t working couldn’t get it done because the person who was in here before froze everything in it. There was a literal dog crap on the patio a huge tear in the screen. The toilet seat was basically coming off the whole bottom part of my sink is plywood stains everywhere can’t open one of the cabinet drawers because the stove is blocking it. The dishwasher smells of mold and burnt my Tupperware, but they won’t replace it. The door won’t close unless you slam... read more
