My review is for the time period of October 2019- January 2024: For the most part this was a relatively peaceful place to live at a reasonable price. I lived here at 2 different time periods, 1st review is as Link. I'm separating my reviews since the 2 experiences were both under different management and quite polarizing. Run down apartments. Right across the street from the auburn housing authority. Car got broken into several times. I would lock my door at night and I would hear people walking by checking the door knobs to see if it was locked or not.
This apartment continues to upgrade its property for the tenants. It is a clean and safe environment for families, working adults and students. We are happy to see it's continued progress in the area.
