I can't put in words how fantastic my experience here was because of the staff and Dr. Singh! Honestly, each and every staff member is exceptional. From the front desk all the way through checkout... Absolutely amazing dentists/staff. They make you feel at ease and are always willing to answer your questions. I was new in the area looking for a family dentist and now have found one proud to call truly the best.
I was happy until they greatly underestimated my husbands insurance payment amount and billed us then refused to refund us the $970.00 until the insurance company check is processed by them even though delta dental insurance company said they had no right to collect until after they processed the claim by agreement they cannot collect until after the insurance reviews the claim and worse they waited a week to submit the claim. care was wonderful billing dept untrustworthy
The service they performed was great! They are really kind to me! Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, but they were so nice that it actually wasn't that bad! Thank you to them all!
I had my first appt. This morning. The staff is wonderful, my hygentis was awesome, and I absolutely love Dr. Gendlin.
Everyone is incredibly nice and professional. It really eases my typical fears and dread of going to the dentist.
