I currently live here. I have never had a problem with the staff here and I love all of my neighbors. Feeling safe is huge for me and I do. Been here 2 years and I love it.
I don't have a lot to add as I just went into Woidland Estates to pickup something off of Facebook Market Place. It's a decent looking trailer park with a mixed ages of trailers. It looks well kept. It was the middle of the day so I didn't see people about except for a couple of teenagers getting home from school.
Would not recommend moving into aspire communities. Not allowed to have almost anything in your yard. Hell, can’t even park in your yard! But obviously you have to keep up with the “yard” work but it’s not “your” yard… we pay for the yard, take care of the yard, but have zero rights to what we do and put in the yard. Clearly I know this is a trailer park but damn this place sucks to live in.
