I stumbled upon this page and found it to be quite hilarious. I agree completely that this is just management trying to disguise and talk themselves up, and theyre not at all subtle about it. No person in their right mind would live in this place 3 times, and if its supposedly so great why would you ever leave in the first place? DONT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! There is a new landlady and because she has kids all she wants to do is rent "bounce houses" and put in playground equipment while the place is falling apart. Some apartments are beautifully renovated while most are absolutely disgusting. One tenant recently had sewage back up into the apartment and the smell is atrocious. If anything is already broken or breaks, its YOUR fault, even though the heat is "included in the rent" they regulate it, you can only get it to 72 degrees although thank... read more
This place is OK as long as you never break anything and make sure you see the apartment your getting first. mattnince is a joke they to came to fix my stove and shocked himself because he didnt unplug it first. i got lucky we move into a place that they had to redo all the carpet and floors. our bathroom is the ugliest pink tile you have ever seen. the land lord hates me although she loves my boyfriend which is really really weird. the appliences are all outdated. we have only 2 windows our doors are not very secure. after ... read more
