So extremely unprofessional I scheduled an ingrown toenail removal and the receptionist mixed up an ingrown toenail checkup with removal. When I specifically said removal. So then I get to the appointment and the DR does not even come into the room to talk to me she send her office manager to say it’s my fault because I didn’t specify permanent removal. Rude staff, will not return
Very condescending, rude front desk. Makes sure you know your place .. LOL! As a professional myself, I would never treat a client in this manner. Don’t arrive 13 minutes early as I did because they will make you wait until your appointment time before they will give you the required paperwork to complete.
If I could give zero star I would the worse front desk person ever , she kick me out before I even see that doctor and she was teaching what to do just because I forget one of my insurance card horrible system don't recommend it
